TAIHAPE HERITAGE TRUST
POLICY ON UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN AT THE MAJESTIC THEATRE
The Taihape Majestic Theatre does not take responsibility for any dependant persons left on the premises unaccompanied for any reason or any length of time. It is the parent or caregivers responsibility to make sure all necessary arrangements are made for the safety and well being of any vulnerable persons left unaccompanied, on the premises.
Although the Taihape Majestic Theatre volunteers will always endeavour to assist wherever possible, we strongly advise that unaccompanied minors should have a phone on them or their parent/caregivers phone number with them when left at the Theatre, so that communication with their parents/caregivers can easily be achieved.
Children aged under eight years of age MUST be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible caregiver aged 14 years or older.
